The feeling that you are flying. You are in a rush, everything goes effortlessly. You move and create from inspiration. This feeling is priceless. You are who you are meant to be. This is what you were made for.

Welcome to your new job! As an employee, as an entrepreneur, or a combination. It doesn’t matter. Not the form, but the experience counts. You get energy from your work and are thrilled.

Working is wonderful. It is an activity in which you learn and excel. Too good to be true? No, maybe you haven’t experienced it yet, but it exists. Recognizable? Great. You want to relive that experience. You know it’s possible and refuse to settle for less. After all, happiness is non-negotiable. This is your life and your dream job awaits.

Your dream job aligns with your personal motivations and talents. Many people who want to make a career change start with the question: What could I do? Understandable, but not effective. By doing this, you miss a large number of realistic options. At the beginning of your search for a new job, it is better to think broadly and only then start narrowing down.

Before asking what you are capable of, ask what you actually want. That question, regarding your desires, deserves considerable attention. Often we do not know deeply or fully what we truly want, and therefore I ask you the underlying question: Who are you?

While discovering who you are, what you want, and what you can and could (learn to) do, a vision emerges. Your dream job begins to take shape, even before you have done a single job search on the internet.

This allows you to determine how well they suit you and which of the options truly represents your dream job!

How do you secure your dream job?

More is possible than you think. Yes, a completely new position is possible. And starting within a completely new industry is also feasible. The condition is that your personal qualities, talents, and/or competencies match. Sometimes it is also important that you are eager to learn and open to a course, education, or on-the-job training. In addition, you will need to take an extra step in terms of self-promotion: ‘personal branding’.
For the intended employer, it must be clear that the switch of position and/or industry is achievable and that you are the best choice to fill the vacancy. This usually requires rewriting your CV in certain areas. Personal qualities and skills that you possess and that perfectly align with the new job are highlighted clearly and appealing, while irrelevant matters are either not mentioned or emphasized less. This also applies to education and experience.

In addition to the CV, writing the ideal cover letter and conducting interviews are also addressed during the homework assignments and coaching sessions. All in all, you’ll have everything you need to secure your dream job!
